Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2025

At Aavyak Cognitions Pvt. Ltd., we provide highly customized and resource-intensive services such as business consulting, digital transformation, compliance, and technology implementation. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns or refunds once a service engagement has been initiated.

1. No Refunds After Service Confirmation

Once a client confirms a service and payment is made, no refund will be issued, as we immediately begin allocating internal resources such as consultants, designers, or developers. Service planning, execution, and delivery efforts are initiated based on your confirmation.

By proceeding with the payment or service agreement, the client accepts and acknowledges this no-refund policy.

2. Payment Obligation in Case of Mid-Project Cancellation

If a client agrees to start services—whether by full or partial payment, or by committing to a payment schedule—and our team has already begun work, the client is obligated to complete the full agreed payment, even if they cancel the project midway.

This is because:

• Internal resources have already been allocated

• Planning, strategy, or deliverables may have already begun

• Time and effort spent are billable regardless of final usage

Cancellation of a project does not exempt the client from financial responsibility for services already committed and initiated.

3. Exceptions – Billing Errors

In case of genuine billing errors (such as duplicate payments), clients are requested to notify us within 72 hours of the transaction. Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. No Return of Goods

We do not sell physical products. Hence, no return or exchange policy applies to our services. Any automated messaging related to product returns or packaging does not apply to Aavyak Cognitions.
